Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Participation in Flow Roofing’s referral program requires that all referrals be properly submitted either through a physical referral coupon presented at the time of the initial inspection or through Flow Roofing’s official online referral form prior to or at the time of the inspection. Referrals not submitted in accordance with these requirements will not be eligible for any referral reward and may not be applied retroactively. By participating, all parties agree that referral eligibility, validity, and determination shall be governed solely by Flow Roofing’s records and Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
Program Overview
Flow Roofing offers a $500 referral reward as an incentive for referring new customers. Participation in this program is subject strictly to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
How to Qualify
To be eligible, the referral must be submitted in one of the following ways: a physical referral coupon presented at the time of the initial inspection with the referring party’s name clearly identified, or a referral submitted through Flow Roofing’s official online referral form prior to or at the time of the initial inspection. Referrals not properly submitted in one of these two methods, or not submitted at or before the initial inspection, shall be automatically disqualified. Referrals may not be applied retroactively or added after an estimate, contract, or project scope has been issued under any circumstances.
Eligibility
The referral reward applies only to new, qualifying roofing or exterior projects contracted directly with Flow Roofing. The referred project must result in a signed agreement, full completion of the contracted scope of work, and payment in full. A minimum project value of $8,000 is required unless otherwise approved in writing by Flow Roofing. No referral shall be deemed valid until all eligibility requirements have been fully satisfied and verified.
Project Completion Requirement
The referral reward shall not be earned, vested, or payable unless and until the referred project has been fully completed. Completion is defined strictly as all contracted work being performed, final inspection completed, and all balances paid in full without exception. No partial payments, deposits, or in-progress work shall qualify. Flow Roofing retains sole discretion in determining when a project is deemed complete.
Referral Integrity and Abuse Prevention
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Individuals may not refer themselves, their own property, or any property in which they hold a direct or indirect ownership interest, financial interest, or contractual control. Only one referral reward may be applied per qualifying project. Referral rewards may not be split, shared, stacked, transferred, or duplicated under any circumstances.
Any attempt to misrepresent, fabricate, manipulate, or otherwise alter referral information, project details, or eligibility criteria for the purpose of obtaining a referral reward shall result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any referral benefit. Flow Roofing reserves the right to deny any referral at its sole discretion. Flow Roofing’s internal records, tracking systems, and documentation shall be the sole and final authority in determining referral source, validity, and eligibility.
Reward Issuance
The referral reward shall be issued only after all program requirements have been fully satisfied and verified by Flow Roofing. The reward may be issued in the form of a check, account credit, or other method determined solely by Flow Roofing. Referral rewards shall have no cash value until fully earned and approved. Flow Roofing reserves the right to withhold or deny issuance of any reward that does not strictly comply with these terms. Referral rewards may be considered taxable income, and any required tax reporting, including but not limited to issuance of IRS Form 1099, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Limitations
Only one referral reward may be issued per qualifying project unless otherwise approved in writing by Flow Roofing. Referral rewards may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, negotiated pricing, or incentives unless expressly authorized in writing. Any deviation from standard pricing, scope, or terms may result in disqualification of the referral reward at Flow Roofing’s sole discretion. Referral rewards must be redeemed within any stated validity period and shall be void after expiration.
External Factors and Project Status
Referral rewards shall not be issued if the referred project is canceled, terminated, delayed indefinitely, materially altered, reduced in scope, or otherwise fails to proceed to full completion for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, permitting delays, weather events, financing issues, material availability, owner non-cooperation, contract disputes, or termination of agreement. No referral reward shall be due unless the project reaches full completion and payment in accordance with this Agreement.
Non-Transferability
Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or exchanged without prior written consent from Flow Roofing.
Void Where Prohibited
This program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Modification or Termination
Flow Roofing reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program or these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. No individual shall have any claim, right, or entitlement arising from any modification, suspension, or termination of the program.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
Final Authority
Flow Roofing retains sole and absolute discretion in determining eligibility, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of all referral program terms. All decisions made by Flow Roofing shall be final and binding without appeal.
Geographic Scope
This referral program applies only to qualifying projects located within the states of Oregon and Washington in areas where Flow Roofing is properly licensed and actively operating.
