Within 24 to 72 hours of inspection, you receive a detailed written estimate. Material options, scope, warranty tier, and timeline are spelled out clearly. No vague line items.
Material and Warranty Selection
We walk through shingle options, ventilation upgrades, and warranty tiers including the lifetime MaxFlow System. You choose what fits your home and budget.
Installation
Flow Roofing crews complete most residential roof replacements in 1 to 3 days. Property is tarped, landscaping is protected, and a magnet sweep is performed at the end of every project.
Final Walkthrough and Warranty
