We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Site.

16. Indemnification

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Flow Roofing regarding use of the Site.
