Program Overview

Flow Roofing offers a $500 referral coupon as an incentive for referring new customers. This referral coupon may be redeemed by any individual, regardless of whether they are a current or previous Flow Roofing customer, subject to the terms and conditions below.

 

Eligibility

The referral coupon applies to new, qualifying roofing or exterior projects contracted with Flow Roofing. The referred project must result in a signed contract, completed scope of work, and full payment. A minimum project value of $8,000 is required unless otherwise approved in writing by Flow Roofing.

 

Presentation Requirement

The $500 referral coupon must be disclosed and presented at the time of the initial inspection. Referral coupons not presented during the inspection will not be eligible for redemption. Coupons may not be applied retroactively or added after an estimate, contract, or project scope has been issued.

Project Completion Requirement

The $500 referral amount will not be paid, credited, or issued until the referred project has been fully completed. Project completion is defined as all contracted work being finished, final inspection performed, and all balances paid in full. No referral reward is earned, vested, or guaranteed until all program requirements have been satisfied, and Flow Roofing has approved the referral.

 

Payment Method

The referral reward will be issued in the form of a coupon, credit, or payment method determined solely by Flow Roofing. No referral reward will be issued prior to project completion. Referral rewards may be considered taxable income, and any required tax reporting, including issuance of IRS Form 1099, shall be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Referral Integrity and Abuse Prevention

To protect the integrity of the referral program, self-referrals are not permitted. Individuals may not refer themselves, their own property, or any property in which they have a direct ownership, financial interest, or contractual control. Only one referral coupon may be applied per qualifying project, and referral rewards may not be split, stacked, or duplicated.

Any attempt to misrepresent, fabricate, or manipulate referral information or project details for the purpose of obtaining a referral reward will result in the referral coupon being void. Referral coupons will not be issued if the referred project is canceled, materially altered, delayed, or if payment is not received in full. Flow Roofing’s internal records and tracking systems shall be the sole authority in determining referral source, eligibility, and validity.

 

Non-Transferability

Referral coupons have no cash value until earned and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned unless expressly approved in writing by Flow Roofing.

Limitations

Only one referral coupon may be redeemed per qualifying project unless otherwise approved in writing. Referral coupons may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing unless explicitly authorized by Flow Roofing. Referral coupons must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the coupon and are void after expiration.

Force Majeure / External Factors

Referral coupons will not be issued if project completion is prevented by circumstances beyond Flow Roofing’s control, including but not limited to permitting delays, weather events, owner non-cooperation, financing issues, material availability, or termination of the contract.

Void Where Prohibited

Referral coupons are void where prohibited by law and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Modification or Termination

Flow Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. No individual shall have any claim against Flow Roofing arising from the modification, suspension, or termination of the referral program.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.​

 

Final Authority

Flow Roofing retains sole discretion to determine eligibility, validity, interpretation, and redemption of all referral coupons. Acceptance or use of a referral coupon constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Geographic Scope

Referral coupons are valid only for qualifying projects located within the states of Oregon and Washington, and only in service areas where Flow Roofing is licensed and actively operating. Referral coupons are void outside of these jurisdictions.
