Every roofing project completed by Flow Roofing is backed by two layers of protection. Workmanship warranty coverage matched to the system installed and manufacturer warranty coverage on the materials. Workmanship terms range from 1 year on repairs to lifetime on MaxFlow steep slope and NeverRust gutter installations.
Workmanship Warranties
Roof Repairs
All roof repairs, residential and commercial, steep slope and low slope, carry a 1 year workmanship warranty.
Steep Slope Full Replacements
(Residential and Commercial) Standard packages are backed by a 10 year workmanship warranty. Lifetime workmanship coverage is available on MaxFlow System installations.
Low Slope Full Replacements
(Commercial) Workmanship coverage is tiered by package. Standard installations carry a 5 year workmanship warranty. Upgraded packages carry a 10 year workmanship warranty. Lifetime workmanship coverage is available depending on project scope. Ask your Flow Roofing representative for the specific terms on your project.
Gutter Warranties
Standard Gutter Installations
All Flow Roofing aluminum and copper seamless gutter installations carry a 2 year workmanship warranty.
NeverRust Gutter Systems
NeverRust gutter systems carry a lifetime workmanship warranty. Flow Roofing is the only certified NeverRust gutter system installer in the Pacific Northwest.
Gutter Guard Systems
LeafBlaster Pro gutter guard systems by Gutterglove carry a 40 year transferable product warranty backed by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranties
Every Flow Roofing installation is backed by the manufacturer warranty on the materials installed. Flow Roofing is a Malarkey Certified Premium Installer and a certified installer for multiple top manufacturers, which means we can offer extended manufacturer warranty tiers that non certified contractors cannot provide.
No Dollar Limit Warranties
For commercial low slope roof systems, certified installations qualify for No Dollar Limit (NDL) manufacturer warranties. NDL warranties cover the full cost of repair or replacement for 15 to 35 years and are fully transferable if you sell your property. NDL coverage is the highest level of commercial roofing protection available and is only offered through certified installers.
