These Official Rules govern the Flow Roofing Solar Powered Attic Fan Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Flow Roofing, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Flow Roofing ("Sponsor"), 555 SE MLK Jr Blvd, Ste 105, Portland, OR 97214. Website: flowroofing.us. Questions about the Giveaway may be directed to info@flowroofing.us.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry: (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) are the homeowner of a single family residence located within Flow Roofing's service area in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area (the "Service Area"); and (c) own a home that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be structurally suitable for the installation of the prize.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and members of the same household, are not eligible. Renters, tenants, and people who do not own their home are not eligible. The prize can only be awarded for a property located within the Service Area. If a winner's property is outside the Service Area, an alternate winner may be selected.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 7,01, 2026 and ends on 8,31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit flowroofing.us during the Giveaway Period and complete and submit the official Solar Powered Attic Fan Giveaway entry form with all required information, including your name, a valid email address, phone number, and property address. All required fields must be completed for an entry to be valid.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per household for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Duplicate entries, entries using multiple email addresses or identities, and entries submitted through any automated or robotic means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that contain false or inaccurate information may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: a professionally installed solar powered attic fan for the winner's qualifying single family home, including the solar powered attic fan unit and standard professional installation (the "Prize").

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: $2500 USD. The actual value depends on the winner's roof type, attic configuration, and the installation required. The value of the Prize provided by Sponsor will not exceed $2500; any cost above that amount is the winner's responsibility. The winner is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize.

Prize conditions: The Prize covers standard installation only. It does not include the repair, replacement, or reconstruction of existing roofing, decking, framing, electrical, or any other component that Sponsor determines is required before the fan can be installed. Any such additional work, if desired, will be quoted separately and is the winner's responsibility. The Prize is awarded only if the winner's roof and attic are, in Sponsor's sole judgment, in suitable condition to receive the fan. Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable date, subject to Sponsor's availability and weather, and must be completed within ninety (90) days of prize notification unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Prize is not transferable, may not be substituted, and may not be redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 3, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry, within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond, declines the Prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before the Prize is awarded.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, photographs, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes (including photos of the installed Prize taken before and after installation) in any media, without further compensation.

​

9. General Conditions and Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway, participation in the Giveaway, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

10. Privacy and Contact Consent

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy practices. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may email you after your entry to acknowledge and thank you for entering, to offer and schedule a complimentary property inspection, and to tell you about Flow Roofing's products, services, and promotions. You may opt out of these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Sponsor at info@flowroofing.us.

11. Platform Disclaimer

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Wix, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to any such platform.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
