Active leak. Storm damage. Fallen tree. When a roof fails during a Pacific Northwest storm, fast response is critical. Water that gets into your roof system, insulation, and building structure causes damage that compounds by the hour. Flow Roofing provides emergency roofing services for residential and commercial properties throughout the Portland metro and Southwest Washington. Same day response is possible depending on scope.

Two Types of Emergency Service

Flow Roofing provides two types of emergency roofing response depending on your roof type.

Emergency tarping for steep slope residential and commercial roofs damaged by active leaks, storm damage, wind damage, or fallen trees. Emergency tarping stabilizes your roof immediately to prevent further water intrusion while a permanent repair is planned. A written estimate for permanent repair is provided after emergency tarping is complete.

Emergency flat roof repair and sealing for commercial flat roof systems experiencing active leaks, seam failures, flashing failures, or storm damage. Flow Roofing seals and stabilizes the affected area immediately to stop water intrusion. A written estimate for full permanent repair follows emergency stabilization.

Both services cover active leaks, storm damage, wind damage, and fallen tree damage for residential and commercial properties.

What to Do While You Wait for Our Crew

If your roof is actively leaking or has been damaged by a storm, call us immediately. While you wait for our crew to arrive, take these steps.

Move valuables and electronics away from the affected area.

Place buckets or towels to catch water.

If safe to do so, photograph damage from inside the home or building. Photo documentation helps with insurance claims later.

Do not go onto the roof yourself. Wet roofs in this climate are extremely slippery and dangerous.

Do not attempt to tarp your own roof. Improper tarping can cause more damage than it prevents and can complicate insurance claims.

We will assess the damage, stabilize your roof, and provide a written estimate for permanent repair.
