Roof Inspections and Drone Surveys
Free quotes when you are hiring Flow Roofing. Paid written inspection reports when you need independent documentation.

A roof inspection should give you straight answers. Whether you are buying a home, selling one, filing an insurance claim, or just want a second opinion before spending money on repairs, a written inspection report from Flow Roofing tells you exactly what condition your roof is in and what to do next.
We offer two paths. Free inspections when you are getting a quote for repair, replacement, gutter, or maintenance
work. Paid written reports when you need independent documentation that is not tied to hiring us for the job.
When Is an Inspection Free?
Free roof inspections are part of every quote we provide for actual roofing work. If you are considering Flow Roofing for a repair, full replacement, gutter installation, or maintenance program, the inspection that supports that quote is included at no charge. We assess the roof, document our findings with photos, and deliver a clear written estimate with no obligation.

When Should You Pay for a Written Inspection Report?
A paid inspection report makes sense in five common situations.
You are selling your home. A pre-listing inspection identifies issues that buyers will find anyway, so you can address them on your terms before they become negotiating points.
You are buying a home. An independent roof report gives you leverage in negotiations and protects you from surprise repair costs after closing.
You are filing an insurance claim. A documented inspection report with photos is often required by carriers and helps support the scope of damage you are claiming.
Your warranty is expiring. An end of warranty inspection identifies any defects or installation issues that should be covered before coverage ends.
You want a second opinion. If another contractor has recommended a major repair or replacement and you want an independent assessment before committing.
