These guys were so patient)we are a community of 55+ and everyone has an opinion on everything) They were thorough, (gave us a lot of options and pricing on various products) brought amazing, skillful and dedicated tradesmen to complete the work! The team leads and managers were on site several times to make sure we were happy with the work and didn't blink as we kept coming up with more to do. You gotta go with the FLOW! I really hesitated replacing my roof. So many companies that want your business and it's hard to know who you should believe. Once I starting getting quotes, the prices where all over the place. I was frustrated and didn't feel like I could make the right decision. Then my neighbor told me about Flow. They gave me an honest and fair estimate. They where also the ONLY company that went on my roof and into the attic space to make sure they could assess my needs properly.
I'm glad I made the decision to go with them. The project manager kept me well informed throughout the entire project, sending photos and dropping by towards the end of the day to make sure everything was going well. The office staff was also very communicative and felt like I was in the know throughout the project.
If you are in the same predicament I was in, call Flow and I'm sure you'll be convinced they are the right company to work with. I'm getting my gutters replaced in the spring and plan on using them again to do the job.
We were told by our homeowners insurance that we had to replace our roof to keep our insurance. I called several roofing contractors to come out and give me an estimate. We decided to go with Flow. They were awesome. They completed the job on time and within budget. Their guys were all super nice and professional. They cleaned our gutters, swept the perimeter for nails and cleaned everything. I'm not related to these guys, so this isn't some bogus review. I recommend Flow to anyone that needs roof or gutter work. Michael Layman
